01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "these Terms") apply to every person who accesses or uses the fe88 platform in any capacity. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the fe88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fe88 strictly does not permit use by anyone under 18, and registering a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing fe88 account. Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact number and valid email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement on the platform at the time of registration.

fe88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine account review. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Registration is free of charge. fe88 will never ask you to pay a fee to create an account. If you encounter any third party claiming to charge for fe88 account registration, do not proceed and contact our support team immediately.

03Account Responsibilities

Once your account is active, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested. fe88 will treat all actions taken from a logged-in account as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

• Keep your password secure. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. fe88 support staff will never ask you for your password.
• Log out on shared devices. If you access fe88 from a shared or public device, always log out after your session. fe88 accepts no liability for activity resulting from a failure to do this.
• Notify us of any breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat or email so we can secure the account.
• Keep your details updated. If your contact number, email address or other personal information changes, update your account profile promptly. Outdated details can delay withdrawals and identity verification.

fe88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, unexplained login patterns from multiple devices or locations, or any behaviour that suggests the account may have been compromised or misused.

04Deposits & Payments

fe88 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — the amount you deposit in PKR is exactly the amount credited to your account balance. Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash — instant credit to account on successful transaction.
• Easypaisa — instant credit to account on successful transaction.
• Raast — typically credited within a few minutes via interbank transfer.
• Bank Transfer — credited once cleared by the receiving bank, usually within one to two business days.
• Debit/Credit Cards — processed in PKR, subject to your card issuer's approval.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of deposit. fe88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider before depositing.

All funds deposited must be from a payment account held in your own name. fe88 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is found to originate from an account that does not belong to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

05Withdrawals

fe88 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary friction. Same-day withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are standard for eligible accounts. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to two business days.

To submit a withdrawal request, log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Withdrawal details must match the payment method registered on your account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed include:

• Identity verification must be complete. fe88 may request CNIC or other documentation if not already on file.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews or disputes.

06Bonuses & Promotions

fe88 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, enhanced odds on PSL and international cricket matches, reload bonuses, accumulator insurance and cashback schemes. Each promotion has its own individual terms, which are clearly published on the Promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all fe88 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements — all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible markets are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum odds — bets placed to meet wagering requirements must meet the minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed below this threshold will not count towards wagering.
• Expiry — bonus funds and any associated free bets expire within the timeframe stated on the individual promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• One promotion at a time — unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• One bonus per household — welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one per household, device and IP address.

fe88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in permanent account closure.

07Betting Rules

fe88 covers a wide range of sports markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and more. All bets placed on fe88 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the fe88 platform. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number for every accepted bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and sport and are displayed on the betting interface before you place a bet. fe88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published in error — for example due to a technical fault, data feed failure or human input error — fe88 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Bets placed at clearly incorrect prices will not be honoured.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets are subject to fast-changing odds. fe88 may suspend markets at any point during a live event. If a bet is not accepted before market suspension, it will be returned.
• Event postponement and cancellation: If a cricket match, football fixture or other event is postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless individual market rules specify otherwise.
• Payout calculations: Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. fe88's calculations are final unless a verifiable system error is identified and reported promptly.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe88 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct risks immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals.

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one fe88 account, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly forbidden.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated program, script, bot or other software to interact with the platform — including to place bets, complete wagering requirements or exploit odds — is prohibited.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits is a serious offence. fe88 will report such activity to the relevant authorities.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events that you have influenced or have prior non-public knowledge of the outcome is prohibited. fe88 takes match integrity extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or with casino dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit without first attempting to resolve the matter through fe88 customer support. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Abuse of staff: Aggressive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards fe88 support staff or other users will not be tolerated and will result in account action.

fe88 uses a combination of automated risk monitoring and manual account review to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide documentation or clarification. Full cooperation during any review is expected.

09Responsible Gaming

fe88 is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that betting and gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to make money or to deal with financial pressure, stress or personal difficulties.

fe88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no cost:

11Limitation of Liability

fe88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from downtime, technical errors or data inaccuracies.

fe88 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from incorrect odds displayed due to a data feed error, provided that such errors are identified and communicated promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings, arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including bets placed in violation of these rules.
• Damage to your device or data resulting from accessing the fe88 platform or downloading any associated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fe88's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. fe88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six months preceding the relevant claim.

12Amendments to These Terms

fe88 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, fe88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
